We are looking for computer support technicians or Help Desk specialists. Two type of specializations are described below.
1- Troubleshooting Expert:
Good troubleshooting skills is a must. Your tasks will involve remotely connecting to clients’ computers, troubleshooting, providing a diagnostic and completing with the best resolution possible. You will have to accomplish this in a timely manner as well. Your ability to seek and find information quickly through available Knowledge Bases and the Internet is vital.
2- Knowledge Expert:
Besides those with great troubleshooting skills, we are also looking for computer support technicians with extensive knowledge of popular software and operating systems. Your tasks will involve assisting remotely, users in need of: software setup, configuration, maintenance or optimization, and software training.
You will work remotely and need to have decent computer equipment and a reliable Internet connection, in order to assist users while communicating vocally and by chat. If you are also fluent in another language, it is a valuable asset as well.
